Mikey Garcia (39-0, 30 KOs) vs. Errol Spence (24-0, 21 KOs)

Billed as the “Battle of the Undefeated” and the welterweight fight of the year features 30-year-old Mikey Garcia moving up from lightweight to meet IBF welterweight titlist Errol Spence Jr. It’s a big move up for Garcia who holds the WBC lightweight strap. He’s won titles at 126, 130, 135 and 140, and flashed power in each division. Spence, 28, is a southpaw boxer-puncher with an ability to fight on the inside or outside with power. Win or lose this will been a great fight for fans to witness and pits two pound for pound fighters in their respective prime. Both are intelligent fighters with quick hands and solid defense. Spence is known for his damaging body punches and Garcia for his precision. Still, UPPERCUT really likes this matchup and believes Mikey wins by unanimous-decision.
